Welcome to Empire Hops! We are a two-generation family farming operation located in the heart of Wayne County, NY.

At Empire Hops, we grow high-quality hops that are used by craft breweries across the country. We take great pride in the quality of our hops and are committed to sustainable farming practices that protect the environment and ensure the longevity of our farm.
